Exchanges (Paid Exchange Only)

An exchange request will be considered only if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The product shows no signs of damage, wear, or tampering.

  • The request is approved by our team after review.

All exchange requests are chargeable, and the customer will be responsible for:

  • Exchange processing fees.

  • Shipping costs (both return and re-delivery, if applicable).

Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Minor variations in colour, design, or finish (as product images may slightly vary due to lighting and screen settings).

  • Improper handling or damage caused after delivery.

  • Requests raised after the allowed time window.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. Each case will be reviewed carefully, and a resolution will be provided if the issue is verified.
